What is foot pain?

Foot pain includes discomfort in the heels, toes, insteps, arches, ankles, or the soles of your feet. If you have noticed it is more difficult to move around lately due to foot pain, you should seek immediate medical attention.

What causes foot pain?

Many factors can contribute to foot pain, including:
  • Plantar Fasciitis

  • Low back pain or condition
  • Ligament and tendon injuries (sprain / strains)

How is foot pain treated?
